BillLoopr is a billable time tracking, project records, and invoice preparation app developed by MrFung. This policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used.
应用内存储的信息 / Information stored in the app
BillLoopr 无需注册 BillLoopr 账号即可使用。App 可能会在你的设备上保存你输入的客户、项目、时间记录、发票记录、收入记录、备注、货币、费率、偏好设置和相关配置。
BillLoopr works without creating a BillLoopr account. The app may store information you enter on your device, including clients, projects, time entries, invoice records, income records, notes, currencies, rates, app preferences, and related settings.
本地存储 / Local storage
你的 App 数据使用 Apple 平台存储技术保存在设备本地。iCloud 可用时，数据也可能通过你的 Apple 账号同步到你的私有 iCloud 数据库。BillLoopr 不运营自己的服务器来同步或收集你的 App 记录。
Your app data is stored locally on your device using Apple platform storage technologies. When iCloud is available, it may also sync through your Apple Account to your private iCloud database. BillLoopr does not operate its own server for syncing or collecting your app records.
私有 iCloud 同步 / Private iCloud sync
BillLoopr 使用 Apple 的 CloudKit 在你的设备之间同步支持的数据。数据保存在与你的 Apple 账号关联的私有数据库中，由 Apple 提供和管理 iCloud 服务。App 显示的 iCloud 账号可用状态不代表每项更改都已完成同步。
BillLoopr uses Apple's CloudKit to sync supported data across your devices. The data is kept in a private database associated with your Apple Account, and Apple provides and manages the iCloud service. An available iCloud account status shown by the app does not confirm that every change has finished syncing.
无跟踪和广告 / No tracking or advertising
BillLoopr 不展示第三方广告，不接入第三方分析 SDK，也不会跨 App 或网站跟踪你。
BillLoopr does not show third-party ads, does not use third-party analytics SDKs, and does not track you across apps or websites.
分享和导出 / Sharing and exports
当你主动导出、分享、复制或发送发票和记录时，所选信息可能会通过你选择的目标离开 App，例如邮件、文件、信息或其它 App。这些目标由你和相关服务提供商控制。
When you choose to export, share, copy, or send invoices or records, the selected information may leave the app through the destination you choose, such as Mail, Files, Messages, or another app. Those destinations are controlled by you and by the relevant service providers.
支持请求 / Support requests
如果你通过邮件联系支持，我们可能会收到你的邮箱地址和你主动提供的内容。这些信息仅用于回复支持请求。
If you contact support by email, we may receive your email address and any information you choose to include. This information is used only to respond to your support request.
付款和财务信息 / Payments and financial information
BillLoopr 用于帮助整理工时和发票记录。它不处理客户付款，不提供银行服务，也不提供税务、法律或会计建议。
BillLoopr helps you prepare time and invoice records. It does not process client payments, does not provide banking services, and does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice.
删除数据 / Deleting data
你可以在 App 内通过可用的删除入口删除客户、项目、发票、时间记录和相关数据。iCloud 同步可用时，App 内的删除会同步到你的其它设备。删除某台设备上的 App 只会移除该设备的本地副本，不一定会删除仍保存在 iCloud 或其它设备上的数据。
You can delete clients, projects, invoices, time entries, and related records inside the app where deletion controls are available. When iCloud sync is available, in-app deletions sync to your other devices. Deleting the app from one device removes that device's local copy, but does not necessarily delete data that remains in iCloud or on your other devices.
儿童 / Children
BillLoopr 不面向儿童，主要用于独立工作者和业务记录场景。
BillLoopr is not directed to children and is intended for independent professionals and business use.
政策更新 / Changes to this policy
当 App 功能变化时，我们可能会更新本政策。发生重要更新时，页面顶部的生效日期会同步调整。
We may update this policy when the app changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
