BillLoopr is a billable time, project record, and invoice preparation app developed by MrFung. This policy explains what information the app handles.
Information stored in the app
BillLoopr works without an account. It may store clients, projects, time entries, invoice and income records, notes, currencies, rates, preferences, and related settings that you enter.
Local storage
App data is stored locally using Apple platform technologies. When iCloud is available, supported data may also sync to your private iCloud database. BillLoopr does not operate its own sync server.
Private iCloud sync
BillLoopr uses Apple CloudKit to sync supported data across your devices in a private database associated with your Apple Account. An available account status does not confirm every change has finished syncing.
No tracking or advertising
BillLoopr has no third-party ads, no third-party analytics SDK, and does not track you across apps or websites.
Sharing and exports
When you export, share, copy, or send records, selected information may leave the app through a destination you choose, such as Mail, Files, Messages, or another app.
Support requests
If you email support, we may receive your email address and the information you choose to provide, used only to answer the request.
Payments and financial information
BillLoopr helps prepare time and invoice records. It does not process client payments or provide banking, tax, legal, or accounting advice.
Deleting data
You can delete supported business records inside the app. With iCloud sync, in-app deletions sync to other devices. Deleting the app from one device may leave data in iCloud or on other devices.
Children
BillLoopr is not directed to children and is intended for independent professionals and business use.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app changes. The effective date will change when material updates are made.
