RosterSlate is a private roster and shift reminder app developed by MrFung. This policy explains what information the app handles.
Information stored in the app
RosterSlate works without an account. It may store workplaces, people, shift types, roster records, reminder rules, notes, preferences, and related settings that you enter.
Local storage and iCloud
Data is stored locally using Apple platform technologies. If you enable private iCloud sync, Apple syncs supported data through your private account. RosterSlate does not operate its own sync server.
Camera, photos, and text recognition
When you import or photograph a roster, RosterSlate uses system camera, pickers, and on-device text recognition. You review recognized results before saving them.
Calendar and notifications
With permission, RosterSlate can send shift reminders and add confirmed shifts to Apple Calendar. You can change these permissions in system settings.
No tracking or advertising
RosterSlate has no third-party ads, no third-party analytics SDK, and does not track you across apps or websites. Product diagnostics are off by default.
Sharing and exports
When you export, share, copy, or send roster information, selected data may leave the app through a destination you choose.
Support requests
If you email support, we may receive your address and the information you choose to provide, used only to answer the request.
Not medical software
RosterSlate is a general planning tool, not medical software. It does not store patient records, clinical records, medical record numbers, prescriptions, or medical decisions.
Deleting data
You can delete supported roster data inside the app. You can also remove locally stored app data by deleting the app from your device.
Children
RosterSlate is not directed to children and is intended for shift workers, part-time workers, and roster planning.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app changes. The effective date will change when material updates are made.
